DELIVERY
After you have successfully placed your order, our customer service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by call. after successful you can expect to receive your order within 3 days.
When your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you with a tracking number so you can follow its journey through the courier’s website.
RETURNS
If you need to return something, you can call us on 01204444615 and make sure all the tags are on, and the item is exactly as you received it. you need to get it back to us within 14 days from the date on your dispatch note, please follow the below process for returning your item to us:
- Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
- Securely attach the original delivery label to your item.
